Beneath the jackhammer beats and the candy-coated wizardry of modern music, there exists an alchemy of compelling melodies, words and undeniable music. Evan “Kidd” Bogart breathes life into the souls of songs. A roster of critically–acclaimed and multi–platinum selling artists including Rihanna, Jason Derulo, Britney Spears, Demi Lovato, Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, Enrique, Iglesisas and Beyonce – whose “Halo,” co-written by Bogart and Ryan Tedder, became a Grammy-Award Winning worldwide phenomenon – bears witness to the power of his authenticity.
Bogart co-founded The Boardwalk Entertainment Group, alongside his brother Timothy, and their partner, Gary A. Randall. As a multi-faceted entertainment company that spans Music, Television and Film, Boardwalk has had synergistic success collaborating across a wide spectrum. Under the Music Division, Bogart has successfully cultivated careers for recording artists such as ZZ Ward (Hollywood Records) and Wallpaper (Epic Records) and has developed and mentored multi-platinum producer/songwriter Ricky Reed (“Talk Dirty,” “Wiggle,” and “Fireball”). Boardwalk’s TV division is currently developing several music-driven projects for the likes NBC, ABC and Lifetime, among others, in which Bogart is executive producing and overseeing the music. Boardwalk will start production in early 2016 on the biopic Spinning Gold, starring Justin Timberlake as Bogart’s late-father, Neil Bogart.
After collaborating on a string of chart-topping hits, Bogart partnered with Emanuel “Eman” Kiriakou to form The CRE8IVE Company, which specializes in recording artist and songwriter development, creative/A&R direction and music publishing. Their first signing, MKTO (Columbia Records), released their debut album in 2013, boasting the 2x Platinum “Classic” which has been streamed more than 150 million times and which Bogart co-wrote. The group went on to have massive international success including a #1 album in Australia where they are a combined 9x platinum, further solidifying Bogart’s status as a hitmaker. In 2016, The CRE8IVE will release their second artist, Annabel Jones, in a joint venture with Atlantic Records.
