Josh Alexander is a songwriter and music producer based in Los Angeles, California. Often working with his writing partner Billy Steinberg, Alexander has been behind a variety of pop hits found at the top of the charts both in the US and abroad. He first appeared on the international charts with t.A.T.u.'s "All About Us" in 2005, which peaked in the top ten in fifteen countries. The year after, he hit number three on the Billboard Hot 100 with JoJo's "Too Little Too Late," which remains the artist's biggest US single to date. Alexander and Steinberg topped the charts again in 2011 with "Don't Hold Your Breath" by Nicole Scherzinger, peaking at number one in the UK and achieving Platinum status in Australia. Shortly after, they also reached number one on Billboard's Mainstream Top 40 radio chart with Demi Lovato's Triple Platinum single "Give Your Heart A Break," which Alexander co-wrote, produced and mixed. Josh also co-wrote two songs on Weezer’s acclaimed ninth studio album Everything Will Be Alright In The End. Most recently, Josh Alexander co-wrote and produced Jessie J’s second single from the Sweet Talker album titled, “Masterpiece”.
