​AAM Salutes Its Winners of the 2016 ASCAP Pop Awards!

On Wednesday, April 27th, ASCAP held their 33rd annual Pop Music Awards ceremony, in which AAM clients always have a huge presence. This year was no different with a number of wins by AAM’s Dr. Luke, Cirkut, JKash, Lindy Robbins, and Sammy & Bobby Gerongco! The Pop Music Awards presents awards to ASCAP members with the most performed pop songs of 2015. Raking in three wins for himself and Prescription Songs, Dr. Luke was recognized for his co-writes on “Sugar” by Maroon 5, “Time Of Our Lives” by Pitbull and Ne-Yo, and “Locked Away (ft. Adam Levine)” by R. City alongside Cirkut. AAM’s JKash also took home a win for “Sugar”. Additionally, Lindy Robbins was awarded for her co-writes on Jason Derulo’s smash-hit single “Want To Want Me”, and Sammy & Bobby Gerongco of Kuya Productions won for pop-R&B artist Alessia Cara’s breakthrough single, “Here”.
