Jesse Frasure #1 on Billboard With “Dirt On My Boots”

With the help of AAM’s Jesse Frasure’s stellar writing skills, Jon Pardi has yet another #1 single! Following his debut single “Head Over Boots”, his second leading single “Dirt On My Boots” from his new album California Sunrise has also reached #1 on the Billboard Country Airplay Charts. Pardi is not shy when he talks about his inspiration for choosing songs for his album. He claims that he typically goes for more traditional sounding tracks, but wanted to make the best album that he could and was open to creating more modern-sounding tracks. For “Dirt On My Boots”, he “knew the track was a hit from when he first heard it”. The single is one of the only four tracks that Pardi didn’t write himself from California Sunrise and he definitely made a good choice in collaborating with Jesse Frasure and the track’s success is proof of that! Co-writer Jesse Frasure previously was a nenowned DJ known as Telemitry with collaborations with Drake and Nicki Minaj, to name a couple, before delving into the country scene as a songwriter. Quickly, Frasure’s work in the Country Music industry became profound with a discography of hits such as “Sundaze” by Florida Georgia Line, “I Like the Sound of That” by Rascal Flatts, and “Fix” by Chris Lane to name a few. He co-wrote all three as they all ended up peaking at #1 on the US Country Airplay charts, as well. With his successful past and experience, Frasure definitely knows how to write a catchy hit! The single debuted at #49 of the chart and quickly rose to the top at #1, and #2 of the Billboard US Hot Country Songs chart. Especially with Spring Fever in the air, we can only expect the track to gain even more recognition and sell even more copies!
