JKash Has 3 Songs On The Billboard Pop Charts With Maroon 5 and Bebe Rexha

AAM’s JKash has had some renowned successes recently as a producer and songwriter. In fact, he is a Grammy nominated and three time ASCAP award winning songwriter. This week, he takes over the Billboard Pop Top 20 with 3 songs! Remaining on the chart at #12 is Maroon 5’s first single, “Don’t Wanna Know” feat. Kendrick Lamar, from their upcoming album. This is the single’s 21st week reigning the chart after it peaked at #1 at the end of last year. JKash not only co-wrote the successful song, but is also the executive producer of it. Now, the music group has recently released their second single “Cold” feat. Future with the help of JKash’s songwriting and producing skills yet again. Following the release a day after, Maroon 5 performed the song on Ellen along with releasing the song’s “trippy” and “psychedelic” music video and it quickly made it to the charts at #23 on the Billboard Hot 100. Now the song has crept its way up to #16 of the Billboard Pop Top 20! According to Forbes, the new single “sees the band drifting away from the pop-rock that made them stars over 10 years ago” but “catches the listener” with the song’s “percussion heavy beat” and “dancehall vibe”. JKash has previously collaborated with Maroon 5 on some of their most successful songs, such as platinum selling “Sugar”, so it is no wonder Maroon 5 is working with him for their two leading singles of their upcoming sixth studio album! Following his success with Maroon 5 on the chart is Bebe Rexha’s “I Got You” at #19 of the Pop Top 20. This is only the first song that she has released from her upcoming album All Your Fault: Pt. 1. We can’t wait to see how much higher these songs make it on the chart!
