Maroon 5’s latest single “Don’t Wanna Know” – co-written and co-produced by AAM’s very own Grammy nominated and critically acclaimed songwriter JKash and mixed by the always great Serban Ghenea, is already a hit. The track debuted at #1 on the Billboard + Twitter Top Tracks chart, and since the October 11th release of chart-stomping single, and is currently #1 on the Billboard Pop Charts. It's peaked at #7 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #5 on the Official UK Singles chart. This is not the first time Jkash has worked alongside Maroon 5 – in 2014 he co-wrote the banger ‘Sugar’ from their album ‘V’. There’s no denying that this break-up anthem is another one of Maroon’s infectious works-of-art. The catchy, fun and altogether global smash hit has everyone singing-along to the relatable lyrics while simultaneously dancing their woes away. Radio’s favorite charming bad-boy, Adam Levine, collaborated with hip-hop genius Kendrick Lamar for this single. The video premiered on The Today Show a few days after the song’s release, and it has accumulated nearly 86 million views on YouTube and counting. We are and waiting patiently for the announcement of a full album to follow.
